She is best known as the founder of The Soulfuls; a global network and platform that is on a mission to pave the way for a free, fair and inclusive future for young women of all backgrounds.
Aram believes that visibility creates possibility. She is striving for all young women to feel empowered, have access to opportunities and be confident to follow their dreams.
Diversity, inclusion and equity should be seen as the heros of a company ethos, supporting more innovation and ideas, and bringing in talents that will move us all ahead. She works with companies to support them build inclusive brands and businesses that speak thoughtfully to a diverse audience and workforce.
She has committed her skills as a visual storyteller, and her influence in the creative industries to drive change and advocate inclusion and diversity across the creative, media and entrepreneurship industries.
