Aram grew up between Iran and Denmark, studied and worked across Copenhagen, London, New York, Boston and Tokyo, but the meaning of finding and feeling home has always kept her searching for an answer.

She has over ten years of experience in the media and fashion industry, formerly holding the position of digital editor at Aller Media, as well as working as a digital, content and marketing consultant for both local and international companies across the creative industries.

She holds an MA in Media Production from London College of Fashion and Executive Education in Digital and Social Media Strategy from Harvard Business School in Boston.

Currently based out of Copenhagen, she is a social entrepreneur, DEI advocate and speaker, the founder of Norm Media, and founder of the young women’s platform The Soulfuls. Today she works purposefully for a future with room for more diverse talents within the creative industries, supporting change and helping others find their voice, and feeling of belonging.
